ASCENSION
Ascension is an event in which an individual shifts from a dense physical body to a light body of higher frequency. We are presently moving into a higher frequency in which the cells of the body are vibrating at a faster level. Much of this work is being guided by entities from other realms, such as Light Beings and beings from other worlds — many of whom are higher aspects of ourselves.
As our planet ascends, the grids that form the third dimension we live in are collapsing — giving way to new grids with a higher vibratory rate of sound, light and color. Emotions linked to lower grid frequencies — fear, anger, jealousies, will no longer be part of our conscious reality. Everything has vibration. The higher vibrations are transforming the lower vibrations.
This affects most things in your life such as:
Eating patterns. You find you no longer crave foods — such as beef — that are of a lower vibrational frequency.
The way you value relationships and see the drama people create.
Heightened awareness as you activate the pineal (third eye) and pituitary glands.
Listen to, and feel with your heart chakra which is the emotional seat of the soul. When you deal with the issues you have faced in this lifetime — past lives and parallel lives, you can balance your energies and let go of the emotions that trap you in the third dimension. It is then that you are able to open the crown chakra and connect with the source from whence you came and start on the journey of ascension.
